Quick, polite & helpful. Only found site yesterday, booked 10-2 appointment for today & got a phone call 1 hour before checking I'm available & giving me name of engineer. Engineer turned up, lovely guy. Got in quick, told me what's wrong & office quoted & repaired all within 1 hour. Excellent service & Peter a lovely guy

After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! Great! Even an advisory about the garage door lintel above was received!

I wanted something checking with my garage door. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and Kevin called within six hours of me making initial contact with the company. It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. I would have no hesitation in awarding this company five stars from my contact with them today if I have any need for ongoing maintenance to my garage door they will be my go to company. I was hoping for a repair but the fitter advised that, with the age and condition of the door and mechanism, he couldn t be sure that a similar problem wouldn t arise. A very pleasant, polite guy who cut the cables, lowered the previously stuck door, and made the garage secure for me. Spoke to a lady to order the door and, about 10 minutes later, a gentleman from the office called to arrange installation for late this Friday morning. Swift, efficient service. We have lived at the property for 10 years, so garage door was obviously older than that.

Requested quote on Sunday Morning had a reply within a couple of hours. Engineer survey on Monday, quoted same day and new door Tuesday Engineers were excellent.
